Simple curbside pickups cost less
A curbside, driveway or garage appliance is usually the easiest quote because the pickup path is short and clear. For core areas like Haiku, Makawao, Kula and Paia, a simple first appliance often starts around $95 before access or route changes.
Inside pickups take more time
Inside removal can cost more because the crew has to protect the home, handle tight turns and move the item carefully. Stairs, wet steps, narrow laundry rooms, raised water heaters and built-in dishwashers can all add time.
Town and route timing matter
Central Maui pickups in Kahului and Wailuku can often be efficient to route. Kihei, Lahaina and longer Upcountry routes may need a route-based quote so travel time, fuel and scheduling are realistic.
Multiple appliances can lower the per-item cost
If two or three appliances are ready at the same address, the extra items often cost less than booking separate pickups. This is especially helpful for property managers, move-outs, remodels and garage cleanups.
Photos make pricing clearer
A photo of the appliance and a photo of the path out are the best way to avoid surprise pricing. The goal is simple: confirm the quote before anything gets lifted.
